Technical Characteristics And Structural Advantages Of Aluminum Alloy Gazebos

Leave a message

The core material of the aluminum alloy gazebo is high-strength aluminum-magnesium alloy, which has a density of only 1/3 that of steel, but a tensile strength exceeding 200 MPa. The main beams and columns, formed through an extrusion process, utilize a hollow or honeycomb structure design internally, reducing weight while maintaining structural strength.

After surface treatment with anodizing or fluorocarbon coating, a 0.05-0.1mm thick oxide film or coating is formed, effectively blocking moisture and ultraviolet rays. This results in a corrosion resistance 3-5 times higher than ordinary steel, and a service life of over 20 years.
