Engineering implementation of thermal insulation and soundproofing performance in aluminum alloy gazebos.

Leave a message

For northern regions or scenarios requiring year-round use, the gazebo roof can be fitted with a built-in 50mm thick polyurethane insulation layer, with a thermal conductivity of ≤0.024 W/(m·K), effectively reducing heat transfer between the interior and exterior. The sound insulation design utilizes a double-layer hollow structure with sound-absorbing cotton filling, blocking 30-40 decibels of ambient noise.

Rubber damping pads are used at the connection points between the columns and the ground to further reduce vibration transmission. Tests show that, when closed, the noise level inside the gazebo is approximately 15 decibels lower than outside, and the indoor temperature in winter is 5-8℃ higher than the outdoor temperature.
