Wooden trellises rot and warp within three to five years. Our aluminum garden trellis solves this problem. We use high-strength 6063-T5 aluminum alloy with powder coating. This material stands up to sun, rain, and humidity without deteriorating. We have supplied over 500 high-end villa projects with this product. The product is one of our best repeat-order items. Clients know they do not need to replace it every year. Once installed, it stays solid for over 15 years.
Engineered for plants and easy installation
Our R&D team spent years testing the grid spacing. The gaps are wide enough for climbing plants to grip. They are not so dense that they look messy. The aluminum garden trellis uses modular connectors. We have applied for patents on this connection system. Installation is fast and simple. Regular construction workers can assemble it without special training. For overseas buyers, this means lower labor costs and fewer callbacks.
Built for real outdoor conditions
The powder coating resists fading and chipping. The 1.2mm to 1.5mm wall thickness provides excellent strength. This aluminum garden trellis withstands wind loads up to level 10-12. We use rust-proof screws and reinforced corner joints. Every trellis goes through a full inspection before packing. We cover the surface with anti-scratch film. The corners get protective guards. Then we wrap it in stretch film and pack it in corrugated cartons or fumigation-free wooden crates.
Custom sizes. Low MOQ
We offer multiple grid sizes: 50×50mm or 80×80mm. Heights range from 1.2m to 2.0m. Widths go from 0.6m to 1.2m. Colors include white, black, dark grey, bronze, and textured finishes. We also offer RAL color matching. The aluminum garden trellis can be customized for any project. Standard sizes start at one piece. Mixed colors are welcome. Sample development takes 10-15 working days. We support EXW and FOB terms.
